1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Sevachat (operated by Sevachat Technologies), you agree to these Terms. If you use Sevachat on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. The service
Sevachat provides an AI receptionist ("Priya") that answers messages, books appointments, and sends reminders on your business's WhatsApp number, plus a dashboard to manage your salon(s). Features vary by plan and may change as we improve the product.
3. Your account & responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for the content and instructions you configure for Priya, and for the messages sent from your number.
- You must have the right to use the WhatsApp number you connect and to message your clients.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Sevachat for spam, unlawful, harmful, or misleading messaging, or in violation of WhatsApp/Meta and Twilio policies. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or those policies.
5. Third-party services
Sevachat relies on third parties including WhatsApp/Meta, Twilio, our voice provider, cloud hosting, AI model providers, and a payment processor. Your use may also be subject to their terms, and their availability can affect the service.
6. Plans, trials & billing
Paid plans start after any free trial. Fees, billing cycle, and taxes (e.g. GST) are shown at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the current period. You can change or cancel your plan from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. AI-generated responses
Priya's replies are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing important interactions. See our Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevachat is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost bookings, revenue, or data arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Sevachat at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law & contact
